1. Payment

1.1

No delivery will be made until cleared funds have been received, except for trade customers where separate credit terms have been agreed in writing.

1.2

Payment is taken at the time of ordering. This applies to in-stock, pre-order and back-order items.

1.3

Available payment methods may include PayPal, Alipay, WeChat Pay and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Availability may vary depending on the customer's country or region and the checkout configuration.

1.4

Prices on our website may be displayed and charged in Chinese Renminbi (CNY) or U.S. Dollars (USD), depending on the selected storefront, region or checkout configuration.

If your bank account, payment account or card is denominated in another currency, your payment provider or card issuer may convert the payment using its own exchange rate and may charge currency-conversion or other fees. Such exchange rates and fees are determined by the relevant provider and are outside our control.

2. Delivery

2.1

Orders are normally dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. During periods of unusually high order volume, new product releases, public holidays or other exceptional circumstances, dispatch may take longer.

2.2

Dispatch time and shipping transit time are separate. Estimated transit times begin after an order has been dispatched and are provided for guidance only. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, selected shipping service, customs clearance, local carrier conditions, public holidays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

2.3

We reserve the right to use an equivalent shipping service where operationally necessary. For domestic orders, for example, an express service may be fulfilled using SF Express, YTO Express, ZTO Express, STO Express, Yunda Express, EMS or another reasonably equivalent service.

Where a customer has paid an additional charge specifically for a particular shipping service, we will not normally substitute a materially different service without good reason.

2.4

The goods will be delivered to the name and address you provide when placing your order. Please ensure that all delivery information is complete and accurate before submitting your order.

We cannot be responsible for delivery problems caused solely by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer. For international orders, please provide the delivery address in Latin characters where required by the carrier.

2.5

Domestic orders within China are normally shipped via SF Express, EMS, China Post or other supported domestic carriers.

Overseas orders are normally shipped via DHL Express, FedEx, EMS or other supported international shipping services shown at checkout.

2.6

Shipping prices may change from time to time in response to carrier rates, fuel surcharges, destination charges and other logistics costs. The shipping charge applicable to your order will be clearly shown before you complete checkout.

2.7

Every reasonable effort will be made to dispatch orders promptly after payment has been confirmed. Pre-order and back-order items will normally be dispatched when the relevant products become available, subject to any information stated on the product page or at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

2.8

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges and carrier handling fees imposed by the destination country or region. Unless expressly stated at checkout that such charges have been prepaid, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

2.9

Where we offer prepaid import taxes, duties or similar charges through an applicable customs or tax scheme, this will be clearly stated at checkout. The availability and conditions of such services may vary by destination and may change from time to time.

2.10

Your order confirmation or receipt will be sent electronically to the email address provided with your order. Where available, dispatch confirmation and tracking information will also be sent electronically.

Please ensure that the email address supplied with your order is correct.

2.11

If your order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the parcel, or another reason not caused by us, additional shipping charges may apply if you ask us to send the order again.

The additional charge will normally reflect the actual cost of re-shipping the order.

2.12

We are happy to deliver your goods to a freight forwarder or an alternative shipping address.

Where goods are delivered to a freight forwarder or other third party specifically nominated by the customer, our responsibility for subsequent handling, storage or onward transportation may be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

3. Risk / Title

3.1

Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to you, or to a person or freight forwarder nominated by you to receive them, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

3.2

Ownership of the goods shall not pass to you until we have received full cleared payment for the relevant goods and any directly related charges due under the order.

3.3

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable consumer protection laws.

4. Damages, Returns and Refunds

4.1

If a product purchased directly from this website arrives damaged, defective or incomplete, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and retain the original packaging.

We may ask you to provide clear photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.

For faster handling, we recommend reporting visible shipping damage, missing items or other immediately apparent problems within three business days of delivery. This recommended notification period does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.

For trade orders, replacement arrangements may be made after appropriate evidence of the damage, defect or shortage has been received.

4.2

If you purchased a GALAXY MODEL or MODEL MATE product from another retailer or distributor and it arrives damaged or defective, please contact the seller from whom you purchased the product in the first instance.

4.3

Carrier investigation and loss-claim periods vary depending on the shipping service and destination. If your shipment appears to be significantly delayed, lost or has shown no meaningful tracking update for an unusual period, please contact us and we will assist with the carrier investigation where appropriate.

4.4

Consumers purchasing directly from this website may have statutory rights to cancel or withdraw from an online purchase. The applicable period and conditions depend on the consumer protection laws that apply to the transaction.

For eligible online purchases by consumers in Mainland China, a seven-day no-reason return right may apply in accordance with Chinese consumer protection law. For consumers in the European Union, a 14-day right of withdrawal generally applies to eligible distance purchases. Statutory exceptions may apply in both cases.

To exercise an applicable right of cancellation or withdrawal, please contact us within the legally applicable period. Returned goods should be complete and should not have been unnecessarily used, modified, cut, painted, assembled or otherwise altered beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them.

Unless the return is caused by an error on our part, a defective product, or applicable law provides otherwise, the customer is normally responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

These cancellation rights do not apply to business customers unless otherwise agreed in writing. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

4.5

If you are returning an order for a refund, the refund will normally be processed after the returned goods have been received and, where appropriate, inspected. Refunds will be made within the period required by applicable law.

4.6

If you are eligible for a refund, we will normally refund the amount to the original payment method where technically possible.

We aim to process approved refunds promptly. The time required for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on the payment provider, card issuer or bank.

4.7

If a returned product results in customs duties, import charges or other fees because the return was arranged by the customer for reasons not caused by us, reasonable charges actually incurred by us may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law.

This does not apply where the return is required because we supplied an incorrect, damaged or defective product and applicable law requires us to bear those costs.

5. Price, Pre-orders & Back-orders

5.1

Prices stated on the website, in advertisements or in promotional communications are correct to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication. We reserve the right to change prices for future orders without prior notice.

If an obvious pricing or technical error occurs, we reserve the right, subject to applicable law, to contact you before dispatch to correct the error or cancel the affected item and provide a full refund.

5.2

Pre-orders are orders placed before a product is released. Payment is taken at the time of order unless otherwise stated at checkout.

5.3

Pre-order prices and special offers are only available for orders placed on this website and do not apply to trade customers unless otherwise expressly stated.

5.4

Release and availability dates are provided in good faith based on our current development and production schedules and, where applicable, information supplied by third parties, but are subject to change.

Estimated release dates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or an order placed through this website should first be raised with us so that we can attempt to resolve the matter reasonably. Where a dispute cannot be resolved, it may be submitted to a court or other competent authority in accordance with applicable law.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our business, payment methods, shipping arrangements, website functions or applicable legal requirements.
